Protcol Owned Assets are the tokens which the Tokemak protocol owns outright, including both Genesis assets (tokens deposited during Tokemak's initial bootstraping phase) as well as rewards generated from liquidity deployment that are fed back into the treasury. POA is a sub-set of Protocol Controlled Assets.
